Cleaning Services

The final cleaning of $95 is charged upon arrival unless specified otherwise.

We also offer additional cleaning service which includes changing of bed linen and towels at a cost of $35 per cleaning. Once a week cleaning is recommended.

Utility Usage.

Our resort-like to motivate our quest to have a more sustainable approach towards electricity usage and water during their holiday. So we have a fair use policy of $10 a day included in your rent all extra usage will be charged at the end of your stay.
